I have completed CSM or PSM training and have the certification. Why do I need additional training?

CSM and PSM trainings are a good foundation to start your journey to becoming a Scrum Master; the certifications prove your knowledge of Scrum and boost your Resume for job search. However, due to the theoretical nature of these trainings, there’s a need to supplement with practical training to adequately equip you to play your role as a Scrum Master in a real-life work environment and tackle job scenarios.

Why do I need Post Training or On-the-Job Support?

Whilst we guarantee job-readiness on completing the Agile Immersion bootcamp, navigating the job market or your role as a new Scrum Master requires ongoing support and expert guidance from a Coach or Mentor. It is also an opportunity to improve your Scrum Master skills and close any knowledge gaps.
